Hi - Could someone let me know who the leading manufacturer of XDSL modems is IN TERMS OF THE LIKELYHOOD THAT THEIR PRODUCTS WILL BE THE MOST WIDELY USED, ASSUMING THAT XDSL TAKES OFF AND BECOMES POPULAR WITHIN THE NEXT FEW YEARS? I know this is a rather subjective question and that I am posting on a board filled with Aware supporters, but I would really appreciate an objective-as-possible opinion(s). I know of quite a few companies who make the equipment (Aware, ORCTF, etc.), but I am wondering which company MOST people feel (consensus) will dominate the market by making alliances with big phone companies, etc. The answer to this question s not necessarily who has the superior product (I know that Aware has a fine one)...the company with the ability to make the best deals and sign he most contracts is the one I am seeking. (I have the impression, although I may be mistaken, that Aware is not doing a great job of doing this...didnt ORCTF sign on with GTE recently?) Insight would be very much appreciated. -Ryan
