Might not affect us too much. Every option agreement I have seen has a certain "vesting" period (ie: so many "vest" after 1 year, 2 years, etc...). There are different ways of arranging the agreements and vesting schedules but they all boil down to the fact that you have to spend "x" amount of time with the company before you can actually sell any shares for the deemed "option price". So, I would venture to say that it would be about 1 year, at least, before we saw any of these options blown out to market.

That is not to say that insiders have not already blown out a bunch of shares. We would have to look at reports filed with the commission to see if insiders have been blowing out shares at recent prices. In any event, I am sure that management will be working hard to get the share price up. If what is rumoured to be happening, actually happens, that may not be hard to do.

I have reinvested my winnings but maintain a core position for the long haul.
