I went back and looked at the April 2nd press release. >>>Digitcom will fulfill all the financial requirements for listing on the Nasdaq small cap market and as soon as the stock meets the $4.00 price requirement we will move on making the necessary filings,'' said Jimmy Chin, Digitcom CEO<<< I've lost count of are above 4 consecutive streak as I forgot to mark that day on my DGIV calendar. I suppose it doesn't matter is it will happen when it happens. I also didn't know if the price requirement, which I believe is 30 days, had to be met first before filing, or could occur simultaneously during the approval process. If the latter, this would be a nice way to end the month of April. Go DGIV!
