<<<Another thing that got me is that PUG PR said they WERE drilling this month for sure, and no drill is working yet. What gives with this Co. Are they horse crap directors? -
denis >>>

When will this company learn, if you state that your going to drill at a particular time then you better stick to the plan, appears to me that PUG is stalling for some reason. They better realize that they are losing what little credibility they may have by delaying the drill program like this. PUG should come out and clearly state when and begin drilling on time!!!

Can someone please post the PUG phone number again, and I suggest that we all give PUG a call and a piece of our mind this is a load of crap!!!!

John

>>>>>>>I got a gripe to pick and wonder what you guys know.
I know for a fact that people who subscribed for the rights also got to buy some extra stock for $1.00 and got the warrant for free... In other words, if they sent in $10k, they got 10k shares + 5K warrants. how is this supposed to happen <<<<<<<<<<<<<<

The rights offering included an over alotment privledge if the offering wasn't fully subscribed (very likely as many jurisdictions wern't eligible to participate). anyone who excercised all their rights could apply for additional shares, to be awarded on a percentage basis based on shares available/shares demanded. Since the rights offering wasn't fully subscribed, anyone who applied for additional shares got the full amount, and each share was accompanied by 1/2 warrant. This was fully explained in the news release about the rights offering
