Dan,I guess I'll have to rewrite my dedication speech for tomorrows commoration of the Jim Connors day festivities. He has provided some excellent material today,"The timing of this litigation is unfortunate. The cost associated with this litigation combined
with litigation from certain holders of guaranteed 7-7 debt threatens our turnaround efforts."
I have to agree,"the timing of this litigation is unfortunate",coming just one day before, the Jim Connors day festivities.By the way,I thought the turnaround ended in Aug.,with the flurry of upbeat press releases? It is very enlightening to read the press releases in the order of when they came out and keep in mind the situation with the bond holders.. fast.quote.com
DD (who is a real prick) Did you see where Biovail's case against a shortseller was dismissed, and an out of court settlement, resulting in Biovail having to invest $7.5M in the shortseller hedge fund was the agreed upon result? Amazing. Do you remember when we made an agreement with the Shaar fund?
