David. JS is right! I respect that you are an RF engineer. But he is right! I'm a CPA with alot of SEC experience and you work for a public co. that could stand to lose a lot if MEME's stick works. Take his advice. Your treading in territory I trust you are not familiar with. One phone call is all it takes. Not bashing you, but you would have been smarter to leave your co. name out of it and just debate the merits.
