Gator,

Thanks for your thoughts. I agree, definitely not panic time. Insiders are NOT dumping. Thanks for mentioning the burn rate good til October. In addition to that I am wondering if that is substantially altered with change in number of employees, etc.

I don't put much faith in TA on low volume, however, for what it is worth: IMO chart would indicate the price is at a decision threshold. It will either continue downtrend or bounce upward. It is unlikely to stay at .28-.30. Neither direction is confirmed by charts yet. I await tommorrows confirming candlestick of trend reversal or trend continuation. Warning: TA is as often wrong as right on low volume stocks.

As for management and Agora silence, their hardnosed approach to communicating with small shareholders is understandable given the nature of former management, however, they should be careful of swords that cut both ways. It is good they wish to squeeze out most of the speculation that leads to harmful volatility but IMO in so doing they tread a precarious path. All will be forgiven by shareholders if indeed the management is taking time to line up their ducks before firing. But if they are sucking shareholders dry with this vacuous air without coming clean about it then for future reference their names will not be easily forgotten. But I do not believe this to be the case. IMO this is a great company with a spectacular future temporarily enduring growing pains. The management has not only done a great deal in re-directing focus this past year but they (apparent or not) have also been learning a great deal in the past year.

I wish you good fortune with BNTI,
ghunk

Gator, my only re-assurance with Syd is knowing that you and Sly have not bailed out. If you two still believe in the company, that is good enough for me. At .30 it is to late to bail anyway, either average down or hold on to what you have and hope things turn around. I almost sold my SYD shares to buy Net Nanny but hindsight is wonderful. However, I have to wonder if our old friend Smitty is sitting out there with a smile on his face.
Good luck John Boyce
