Yes, I do. When you are a new public company, the analyst covering your company for your investment banker should not be surprised by your first quarter earnings. While revenues did grow, it is a terrible job of managment to leave an analyst 50% above your actual results .06 vs .04.

Now, do I think this matters in the long run. No, I do not. But I do think that it creates a credibility problem for CMND's management, and could seriously affect the stocks performance over the next few months until the next quarters earning #'s.

lbs, still think CMND's earnings present a "horrible mess?" 54% increase in
revenues, and .04 compared to -.06 sounds like promising growth, to me IMHO.

How do you feel now. Is it a horrible mess.

Also, Cowen said that in discussions with management after the CC that the second quarter will not be as good as they expected. They wrote a terrible report that was highly critical of management. I, for one, have learned my lesson about IPOs covered only by Cowen. Oh well, it is only money.
