Yes, the premium on the warrants was high and there was substantial activity at the open and close with relatively little in between.

However, the volume wasn't high enough to spell institutional buyer. It could just as well have been a nut like me who decided he liked the warrants better than the underlying and made the switch. That could account for the volume. Oh well, we'll know soon enough.

I suspect there is a great deal of illiquid LGND stock. I would not be surprised if at least 1/3 of the outstanding shares are locked up. Maybe I am being too optimistic, but....
