Garfield,

Are you trying to figure this out from posts that were made on SI, I think that more than just reading posts on SI would be needed to try to figure this one out... What other research have you done, figures from TA etc., company accounting , recent developments,you know things like that, because I don't see how it was ever figured out even when there were hundreds of posts on the subject when this started.
