Mark, Wish I could have given you KTEL a few days ago, but that was out of your range anyway. Tough for me to find anything that you can use. My current strategy is to look for movers that are just breaking out to the upside and taking option positions on those. I feel a little "market blind" here in that I do not have my system set up to identify what I am looking for. I seem to be going to lots of sites and spending too much money on subscriptions and still coming up short. I notice that most of the breakers have moved in a restricted range for a long time and then break to the upside and I am not catching them as I would like. Later in this market, I will look for put positions, but that has not happpened yet. I just do not have the information that I need yet to efficiently identify candidates. You seem to like the latest Connors book. I have bought a ton of books and if you say "buy", I will buy. It happens from $50 to $150, and some I get something from and some mean nothing to me. I bought Hans Kassayup at $100 and maybe I got $25. There is a certain validity to most methods, but some do not apply to me in that I cannot apply them. I have bought more books than I care to admit, and I will bet that you have too. Lets not even talk about "systems" that promise "fantastic" results. Some work in some markets, but there are none that I know of that have survived the test of time. They come and they go. There are successful traders and there are the others. I wish to be in the former category. Each trader develops his own view of the markets and trades what he sees. All of us who are far removed from the trading floors have an innate disadvantage wich can only be overcome by a broader view of the markets. I simply cannot scrap with the scalpers on the floor, but what I can do is attempt to know where the market will go in spite of them!! You have your "gurus", and I have mine, but if we are to be successful, we have a great need to listen to our own direction and take our own trades. If one depends on the "guru", I guarantee that he will fail one at a time that one cannot afford to be failed!! Blabbermouth, Jack!!
