Thanks to Alan for the numbers and insights. I may comment very infrequently here (nearly 2 years of TPII), but I do follow the thread. I have really come to appreciate your trading market saavy.

For all, I look on the ADP contract as very positive. I know their line of business in the US and I utilize ADP as the payroll service for my company. My "impression" (not knowledge) is that ADP is striving to stay on the technology front edge in all aspects of their business. Payroll outsourcing is a hot business and ADP is the leader and best practice standard in this area. They are delivering their HRMS (read Human Resources Management Systems) outsourcing services as well. I am also aware of the fact that ADP is taking broad initiatives to provide payroll in countries around the globe. My understanding is that there is no payroll service that is truly global today. I think ADP wants to be first, the leader and the best. There are lots of "global" companies that would like this kind of service and many are encouraging ADP to develop this type of solution. They would also like to see an ADP deliver an affordable, outsourced HRMS solution.

All that said, TPI's positioning with ADP in Canada strikes me as very positive. Providing sales force automation effectively in Canada, could provide future opportunities beyond. I encourage the TPI folks to do their best and make the ADP contract successful - on budget and early.... could reap mucho additional business!

This is just one man's opinion! But, I like what I see.

Long on TPI (and reaping rewards along the way)

Patrick
