James, show me what portion of my last post would scare potential investors away. If it's the part about the share issue being the thorn in everyone's side let me just say this: I don't personally see this as a problem or I wouldn't keep adding to my position. I mention it as it is on everyone's mind and some/lots of people don't feel there will be a favorable outcome (or at least in the near enough future.) I have VISION as other long term investors here do. You can't convince newcomers here that it isn't one if not the most important issues holding back the price of the stock. What you can do is tell them (not warn them) that the problem exisits but many of us here see the light at the end of the tunnel. Most of us see some sort of resolution but aren't sure exactly when it's coming. In the meantime, significant news will come and go leaving the desired effect much to be desired. I look at it this way: I could take $3,000.00 and buy 444 shares of Intel and lose half my investment from bad earnings or a negative press release...or....buy 100,000 shares of Eutro with compartively much smaller downside risk, and position myself to make $100,000.00 when it goes back to previous highs. Lets say it takes me 2 years to get that price...where else in the world could you get that kind of return on $3,000.00 in 2 years???? and how long would it take Intel to give me that kind of return? maybe 20 years with 10 splits! This is not directed to you personally as I think you probably see the potential. This example is why I am here and why I am not bothered by the 93mil float. Others should be aware of our concerns but also understand why we are all still here and the rewards we may soon reap from our patience! If your concern was my exposing of the manipulation by shareholders; Let me say this: All of these stocks suffer from the same kind of manipulation..."pumpers and dumpers"....for some, moving back and forth from penny to penny, making .05-.10 here and there is how they make money. It will always be a problem...but if you deside a particular stock has much upside potential, you choose to go long and weather the storm. I have gone from stock to stock in order to make a few bucks here and there but I DON'T pump and dump...and NEVER will. I am currently in the black with my Eutro holdings and IMHO, have no where to go but up. I also picked this stock for many reasons to hold and be the one that will someday come through for me. Steppin off my little soapbox...sorry for the longwindedness! Brettster
