Mr. Newton

True to your name, a brilliant deduction. Has it occurred to you that this may have something to do with the "Restraining Orders"?
I believe that if I took something unlawfully from someone else, with intentions of using it for my own gain, I would also try to stomp the person to the ground so it would be harder for him to recoupe and come after me. In my neighborhood I learned that in "sandbox". Veronex has been qualified for small cap for many months already. Why the delay in sec.? What is the hold up? I don't know but perhaps.....

Sec. probably have some things to investigate which were probably brought on by the people affected by the "Restraining Order". Some people still believe that the best defense is to attack offensively first.

I understand through my studies that you have to be on small cap before you can be offered to the mutual fund portfolios. One can assume that the rise to 16 dollars two weeks ago was merely a ride on the flow of the market and not a reflection of veronex's exposure to mutual funds. What's going to happen to the stock when that happens?

The I/Nova tool set works so quickly and efficiently that these people expected to be set up, making money and willing to fight off all litigation, before anyone could do anything. They actually believed that going through this process was worth it. Why did they do this? For money people, and because they understand the new paradigm. Once exposed how can you go back? Remember, they have been through the system and know that it is second to none. Veronex is positioned well. The stock is still affordable. This is the time for you to buy. Very soon it will go up and never come back down. When first using the computer to look up stocks I had much difficulty. The site I'm posting below gives you an approved list from SI. It also gives you a side by side comparision of these stocks. At a glance you can see there's a lot of room for the lower priced stocks. I don't see any reason why Veronex couldn't rise up to the equivalent of the highest priced stock on the list. Look at the growth potential. Get it while it's still affordable people. A Hui Hou!

Richard Newton:

You may want to consider the substance of the disclosures and financial statements in public filings, as opposed to the method of filing, as the basis of judging a company. Veronex is audited by Coopers & Lybrand which is also an indication of the merit of what Veronex discloses in its financial statements and filings.

If you want to have these facts, simply go the the Veronex WEB Site at veronex.com. You can also get hard copies of all SEC filings by calling (714) 253-9600 and requesting that these documents be mailed to you.
