Look at DBSS, they have a superior technology and 5.7 million shares out. FCC took 4 years to approve their license and satellite system, it is approved, licensed issued and their launch date is set. They read meters from space.

Of course last year's financials will show a loss. They were still in research and development stage and not producing any products last year. Finally after years of wait they are set and ready to start selling their systems. Lots of contracts on the table so this year will be a totally different story once FCC approval comes through.

In regards to the 10-k, considering the latest news that the company plans to apply for FCC approval tomorrow they might be holding the release until the decision is made to grant their license. Here's the company's explanation for the late filing, "It is taking longer than expected to accurately describe the activity for the quarter."
It also helps to remember that Richmond California wouldn't be interested in their technology if it wasn't viable. Hopefully we'll get more municipalities interest in full buildout which is all too great of a likelyhood:)))
