I don't think the investigation is much to worry about, in fact if some bad news comes out, the stock may go up, on the premise that the worst has finally passed. You know how turnarounds always take about 3 times as long as you thought they would, and it's tempting to sell in relief at the first surge of the rebound, which in most cases is a mistake. If you focus on the financials instead of the "story," you are less likely to be fooled. The financials say this company will sell in the high 20's within a year. This is still a profitable company, health care is the smaller part of the business, and the IT part is growing very fast. It's like those darn oil drillers/oil services companies. Takes a lot of patience. Other favorites now: RN, MAVK.
