Sorry to ask, but I'm new to the thread and am still wading through the posts:

What's the number of shares outstanding, etc., etc.? Could someone please point me to some earlier posts where this basic background is available?

No prob, when a company is planning on putting up a website, they will register a domain name (www.companyname.com). The InterNIC is the company that manages all domain names registered under .com, .net, .org. So what does it mean? I'm not sure, but it looks as if ZuluMedia is planning to use them for a website (or just email). So, due to my great deductive reasoning skills :), I assume this has something do with the future regarding ESVS.
