Brian

I listened to all of it until I was cut off,tHe push back is OK cause as they said its gonna start with some major announcements with the game makers in the late MAY show which they don't want to disclose now and probably they want to clear the inventory out of old products but 1999 is the big story, they are talking over $3 earning per share and the revenue growth the market is waiting for.

As far as where it goes now chart is at the very bottom but with this stock its anybody's guess!!

Brian,

I was pleased with what I heard. This company is executing. They have a long term vision and seem to have an excellent grasp of the markets in which they participate. Graphics/video and DVD have just started to contribute. Voodoo (or all video; can't remember exactly) was only 7% of revenue. This suggests a lot of upside potential going forward. DVD is expected to ramp significantly as more software titles become available and as we approach holiday season.

Strong top line growth guidance (20-25%) for fiscal 99 (which starts in a couple months, right?) is consistent with the strategy they started some time ago (i.e. diversifying from sound only, making key acquisitions, expanding OEM relationships). In other words, this is playing out just like they outlined it. They are and have been addressing the revenue concern and I think we will see results in a couple quarters.

How WS reacts in the short run is anyone's guess. It depends on how willing they are to look beyond the next quarter. Longer term I am satisfied that things indeed are "on track".

Good luck,

FF
