(ouch: Zero semi-equip growth for 1999! Double ouch! Triple ouch!!!! The layoffs/furloughs this year are worse than 1996 but who would have thunked the damage would last into 1999! If that happens you can bet our semis are going to be up big time. I find it pretty amazing though that they are saying zero for 1999. Hint: if this turns out to be anywhere close to being true buy into the semi-equips when AMAT starts buying up their weaker brethren. That'll be a sign AMAT sees value. If that forecast is true my guess is towards the end of this year and next AMAT will be doing some major buying.)

On LSI's smaller brother, I don't have a clue what is going on - but purely on a valution basis it is cheap. Need to wait though. LSI has a richer pipeline though.
