I am not a WCII holder but have been watching it for a while. I just had to step in on this Vector Vest Junk. I am an EXTREMELY happy KEA holder and if you check vector vest on it, it hasn't been worth anything for years yet it has been the Wallstreet Journal's #1 best performing stock for ten years. Vector vest has also been saying COO is a buy for the last 3 months while it tanked 40 percent stating the whole time it is worth $72 ( it trades at 37). If you base your investing on their reports, I have but one saying that will come true. "A fool and his money ..." WCII has alot going for it, just like LU, DELL, INTC in the early times. Vector vest does not evaluate correctly growth and earnings stability etc. Next you'll be using Motley Fool for picks. I'll let you in on a secret. They are a great contrarian indicator. If they hype a stock you own, sell quick or short it. I will bow out now and let the flaming begin again.

Fink, thank you for the most accurate, informative, and insightful analysis of Winstar yet. I will sell all my WCII at the earliest opportunity. NOT!
