David, I think the dilution from any buyout is important. Yost says the stock is undervalued......I hope he is not using it as currency based on today's value. There are many ways to skin a cat.......Options are the way to go on this deal....vesting at higher price levels. I agree 100% that Yost needs to crank up the sales related activities.......Move stuff from "almost done" ....to " done and announced". This will help the Patriot deal more than 20 personal trips to Florida to spin the yarn. If the Patriot deal does fall through....It may be the best thing for shareholders...but I will laugh the next time they announce a letter of intent to do anything. They need to stop making forward looking statements that end up being wrong. bg
