Perhaps the company is reorganizing itself to facilitate expansion.

These adjustments reflect the growth of the company, and the need to be prepared for an increased workload. This reorganization shows greater stability and permanence in the organization. It demonstrates the ongoing commitment of the key players, and this is a positive sign for shareholders. When H.B. becomes chairman of the board of directors and K.H. becomes president, I expect they'll both continue working largely as they have been. The changes in title probably indicate changes in responsibilities that have already occurred. In the near term, I imagine K.H. will still be the one at the other end of the phone, and Hans will still be there if people want to talk with him.

In time though, H.B. will probably focus more on strategic direction and creating beneficial contacts. K.H. may take over more of the daily operations. As the projects proceed more money will likely be added to the treasury, one way or another, and following that, the company may need to employ more people. K.H. and others will manage the details of the projects.

Given Kim's commitment and intense involvement in the company it makes sense that he become a director. Soon, another director will be nominated, and shareholders can look forward to the contributions of a strengthened board. I think it's likely that this reorganization was itself at least partly the beneficial result of input from the most recently elected director, Don Harris. I don't need to remind the old-timers of Don's extensive successful business experience in development and construction.
