RIK, if that was a sweet gas well it would be tied in if it was half-ass close to a pipeline! Yes, those types of stories are common... as are pinnacle reefs that are water wet, horizontal oil wells that come on strong with flush production and then drop off rapidly (both oil and gas), etc... I believe that we are saying the same thing here. We need more information from DAL et al. to make a sound investment decision. I won't buy now but if I had heard of the play 6 months ago, I would have positioned myself because much more often than not, the price rises as the drill bit is turning. That, my friends, is the time to sell out 70% of your position. If it goes to the moon.... so what, you still make great money. If it drops to the floor, you still made money. Just my opinion, though.
