Sovereign Equity Management is mentioned in connection with the NASDR enforcement action as described in the LA Times story. NASDR records indicate Glen Thomas Vittor is the sole shareholder of Sovereign Equity Management Corp. contingent upon NASD and Fla. approval of change of control. So, yes - apparently the two enforcement actions involve the same person.
