Bill I agree to a point, however If I sell you a bag of apples worth $8 for $8 and a few months later I see that same bag of apples for $5 I will buy it and sell it again for $8 making 36%+ return on my investment. Especially If I know we have future contracts for our new technology that will make that bag worth much more. The need for cash doesn't stop with the IPO it is constant, so why not take advantage of an opportunity to make some easy money. It could also be insider buying but someone has accumulated a lot of shares on no public news. MARK C.
