Exactly! For those stocks that move the most, where you stand to make or lose a great deal of cash, the system will not let you enter it thanks to the "not our fault - 50% variance limitation"

Just when you need it the online trading system the most, this limitation screws you. Actually when I first heard about it, I thought they were kidding. I couldn't believe they were serious, I actually thought they were making that stuff up just to cover up some computer glich. Then they explained - it is their standard operating procedure.

Notice how Jon carefully avoided addressing that subject? Tell you anything?

What exactly is this 50% price variance topic that is floating around here? I am using E-Trade now but have seriously considered moving to Web Street.
