The pfds are callable @$2US but convertible to 4 common. they can be called anytime according to the prospectus.

The volume on common was over 100,000 shares today. Closed @ $1.20.

That is disappointing. I thought I was being conservative.

Where did you see the third quarter results. I've gone back through the old press releases and I can't find them.
