Interesting! This may explain what I have been seeing as fund selling with the T and MO stocks, which as you know are blue chips where the foreign investor would be found. For that matter, I see the DJIA during this year's market cycle responding to primarily foreign money inflows.

Please tell me more about your currency valuation approach in determining liquidity in the market. This sounds very interesting. And what is this cash target you talk of, that of the fund? How do you determine this cash target and where can I get stats on this cash position of funds? Has this problem with disappearing cash been just over the very short term of about one month, or has this been a longer term phenomena?

I do see the prospect of higher interest rates attracting the foreign investors' attention.
