No I do not believe they will do 10 cents a share. I believe they will be lucky to do 1/2-1 cent a share with 70-80M shares outstanding. They can not possibly become NASDAQ listed because of the share price and other things at this point. They can however file their audited financial results with the SEC and make this information publically available. I believe we may eventually see the later, because the company has stated so publically. Other than that I do not care to speculate on LTGL and will patiently wait for progress to be reflected publically. Good luck to you on your investment...... Make your own difficult choices...
