I looked at the earnings, heard the conference call and I talked with some informed folks. Here are my thoughts.

I like what I see and I am impressed with revenue growth, cash position, and clean financials. Earnings are nothing to be ashamed about. They are spending a lot of dollars in recruitment and at their offshore facility in India.

I would have liked their earnings to be better. Take a look at SYNT, their earnings were 9 cents for the first 6 months of 1997 on a revenue of 55 million. Margins a better at CMND.

I will buy at weakness. I am not selling.
