Norm, as resident small mind I got to say it's quite consistent. When it comes to legal matters, it's fine for Microsoft to beat up on little guys, like the t-shirt guy, or web sites with nt in the domain name, or Caldera or Corel. But, it's not fair for anybody bigger (or smaller for that matter) to beat up on Microsoft. Of course, the only one bigger than Microsoft these days is GE but they got all these joint ventures, and they won't be bigger than Bill for long. Oh, and the feds, who don't understand that their proper job is to make the work safe for Microsoft, not law enforcement.

Of course, Microsoft has a preexisting court date with Caldera coming up, October I think. DR-DOS and all that, the root of Anne Bingaman's rather lame consent decree, where the per-cpu OS licensing that you can't seem to get away from was supposedly cease-and-desisted. The OJ trial for technoweenies is an ongoing saga.

Cheers, Dan.
