So, has anyone checked out the article in Forbes?

forbes.com

There is a GROSS error within it, look below:

"Companies like Creative Technologies and Diamond Multimedia buy the Voodoo chip for about $35 a chip, plug it onto a special board, throw in some additional silicon, and then sell it to gamers for about $299 under such names as Diamond Monster 3D II and Viper330."

Will all of you in the habit of speaking with 3Dfx Investor Relations, please call and point this out to them. Forbes should correct the article on its website IMMEDIATELY and print a PROMINENT correction in the next issue (and not have it buried).

Incredible.

In case you missed it, the Viper 330 card uses the nVidia chipset.
