Charles, concerning capital for a minority ownership position in a processor--as I read the announcement, the capital has already been "raised," in the form of the loan at 8%. GRNO may well be interested in converting debt ownership to capital ownership at some point--probably when the plant is well-established and the value of the revenue stream in relation to the capital investment can be known. We've all assumed that we can realize rather more than 8% on our investments in this regard! I suppose that, with ownership, one would have to factor in the loss of royalties as well, and it's not clear what those would be in this case. =+=+=Norm
