I use a product called sygate (http://www.sygate.com). It seems to do the job nicely. But I don't have PCQuote. I have S&P comstock. But I think it should be the same.

Although it is mostly over my head, there has recently been more discussion about proxy server usage and alternatives than anyone would ever need on the Dream Machine thread. There is also an auxillary web site linked to the Dream Machine thread which, I believe, has a Proxy Server section compiling all posts related to Proxy Server discussions.
