Why do I have a bad feeling about this?

I tried out a new stockpicking software the other night - Vectorvest. When I plugged in CREAF the analysis came back with an anticipated market value of something north of $36 a share. However, their final recommendation was a sell (this morning it was changed to a hold). I don't know all the details of why they came up with a sell yet. I believe its simply because of CREAF's trading patterns of late.

Anyone else out there use Vectorvest that can shed some light on this for me?
