Marc, My comments of cash on the sidelines may be taken out of context. I was responding to Robert as to why the market is not moving UP according to what my short-term technicals are saying. Liquidity is not the issue if the market is moving down when it should be moving up according to the technicals. Keep in mind that my technicals are very finite and not subjective, and there are many times that I do not agree on a subjective basis with what my technicals are saying. Seeya
