***A STORY FOR NORTRAN***

Very few small companies truly discover and own the rights to major, billion dollar producing drugs. Very few of these are approached by MAJOR PHARM. companies and offered a truly good price at the time. Many of the small companies get GREEDY and refuse the offer, thinking they can raise the necessary millions to get the drug to market. Very few ever do!

Nortran will not be typically greedy. Becoming instant multi-millionaires, having the satisfaction of seeing their hard work come to fruition by having a major company get their drug to market to HELP people, etc. will be enough for them. Negotiations will seal the deal, but NORTRAN WILL NOT be so GREEDY that it slips away.

I knew a company that had this opportunity. Their stock was .25 and they were offered 1/3 share of the new company (trading at $22.00 US) for each share of theirs. They wanted to be billionaires, so they turned it down. The company no longer exists, and their wonderful drug disappeared.

Do the deal this week. It is a great day. The street knows you will. They are buying because of their faith in you. Watch my children!

I remain,

SOROS

ps the above is simply a story by a batty old man

FJ,

What do you think about that opening.

I phoned and inquired about the options, Co. said that they are being set for new employees coming to Nortran. I believe that Mr. Rieder has hand picked new recruits to join his team. Remember options are good things, they give employees the incentive to work hard.

I have a question is NRT qualified to list on the small cap NASDAQ market(expect for minimum share price). Are they a fully reporting company? If they met the share price requirement how long would it take to interlist on another exchange.
