Coflexip's main product is flexible steel pipe used for flowlines between subsea wellheads and floating production units, etc. They also make flexible control umbilicals used to operate subsea valves and appurtenances from surface facilities. Coflexip also operates marine equipment to install pipe and cables.

EVI, Inc. sells, among other things, steel tubulars used in drilling and well completion.

Very little, if any, competition between the two companies.
