Hi Dave, This kind of financing is fantastic news for the company. It enables management to mature and develop its markets for the SV-35 product without the cash crunch which comes from growth. The financier's ROI(return on Investment) is huge. Napier has the only patent product in the world which will replace CH2CL2-Methlychloride. They have the cash supply to continue to open new markets. The news that ICI-paint(Great Britain Corp) entered into a private label agreement should show that this is just the great beginning for Napier. You must realize that the environmental awareness programs in the EU out pace the programs here in North American at an embarrassing Level....More positive facts for NIR. The G7 nations all agree to ban the use of CH2CL2 this Aug.98. The current stock pile of CH2CL2 will diminish and the price all ready has began to increase. The next time you go to a hardware store look in the paint section and you'll be amazed in how many products this methychloride substance is used.
