Yes I would agree. The odd thing is that I never seem to get Michael Eisner when I call Disney.

About the kitty litter: I can understand that wood-based litter would be lighter than clay-based, but still heavy. Will it be shipped all over the country from wherever A.R. Brooks may be located?

We don't, of course, know anything at all about Brooks. Does anyone have their address and phone number? They seem to be....untraceable.

I'd like to ask whether they have the capacity to ramp up what must now be very limited production sufficiently to service major U.S. markets, as CSHK says it plans to do.

Since the phone number for Internet FX Designs doesn't seem to be forthcoming, how about the password to download the Y2K software?

If anyone has that, they could private message it to me.

I consider myself well qualified to evaluate PC software, so have my previous employers, as one of my job responsibilities was to evaluate and recommend software for company wide use.

At this point, I have no interest in talking to FX Design or to Rhonda.

I am a qualified IT professional and, believe it or not, a potential investor. As such, my due diligence on this company requires a first hand look at the software.

Thanks for the private message yesterday, Jim, but since I asked the questions in public here on the thread, don't you think the answers should be public as well?

You have a good point here in this post to which I'm referring - multiple sources of information are essential - that's why a number of people seem a little sceptical, I think - there seems to be no way to independently confirm even the existence of several parties purported to be involved with the firm.

I have always found it good practice to discount and/or corroborate any information received from a company. Multiple sources, that's the ticket - if you can find them
......... cheers

Jim B, I just posted a couple of comments to TEDennis.

Message 4274215

I was interested in your input with regard to your apparently, by my recollection, adding "(Risky)" next to the CSHK name in Favorite Stocks in your Profile. Has something changed since last week that we should know about? Or is my memory faulty?

Certainly interested in your input here.

Well Jim B, I see I have your answer now:

From Jim B profile:

Favorite Stocks wanna know what I like.. private msg me..

Quote Do what is right, not what benefits you the most.

(I do like your quote so I added it here. Hope you don't mind if I share with everyone.)

Jim??? Hello??? We miss you here. This from Yahoo:

There are those of us who were making money until the sarcasm began and hopefully this will end. I have been given a lot of insight into CSHK and can only hope it has some legitimacy as I am long. By the way I have been told that Jim B. sold his position and has moved on. That's why no more answers. He felt he was being blamed for the fiasco. I believe he was only telling what he knew and probably took it a little hard.

Hey Jim? You wouldn't happen to BE "lilinvestor" would you? LI did say at Yahoo that he'd emailed me but didn't get an answer. As noted there, I haven't received any mysterious emails lately. But I did get a number of plaintive PMs from Jim B, to which, in fact, I did not reply....

Interesting that LI closes the Yahoo message with the phrase "happy investing". Not so unusual, but you know, Jim Bristol does it too...
