Dear Nanda: Can you BELEIVE we bought this stock for about CASH VALUE?? Check out the balance sheet. Add cash and investments and divide by o/s shares. I just did a quick calculation and believe it is about $6. They say book value is a good buy, HAH we beat that. I am STILL in SHOCK. Best opportunity I can remember IN MY LIFETIME. Just hope they dont get hit with some kind of Class Action charges. I am still breathless. JDN

Hi Nanda,

Joe Kernin (sp?) mentioned CMND on CNBC few minutes back...according to him "CMND has reported better than expected earnings..." but still losing...he also mentioned that there is a downgrade on CMND becuase of a gloomy outlook...Joe was rather puzzled by this irrational market act...

Nanda,

Any take over possibilities or share buy-back plan? It is a bargain here... Is the company stressing more on Y2K than on overall long-term growth?

I appreciate any thoughts...
