dj, you mean to tell me you have yet to do any dd on the dinner? Call
Morgan and do some dd for once, if you are capable. If I post it, it would be refuted as "misinformation or lies". You even have screwed up on who attended the dinner already.

I will help you further, but you have to do the work. This will at least make Morgan fully aware the truth is known. The dinner was held at the Esmeralda Hotel.

My posts were not estimations. Call Morgan and become a contributor of information for once. Verify, you have been handed solid information.

Figures taken from the last post by Riley, as cited by Garfield.

>> 526 Total Shareholders
230 On this list (approx)
296 Missing shareholders

13,531 Average shares owned

4,005,230 Estimated missing shares
3,112,172 Actual Shares Owned
7,117,402 Estimated shares in RMIL market

(4,946,321) Total Estimated Short Position <<

These are Riley's figures which show that he calculated the short position by attributing 13,531 shares to each of the "missing" shareholders. Tonto showed you, the total amount held by 264 of those shareholders amounted to only 4336. It certainly appears that Riley's guesstimate of 4,005,230 is way off the mark. Got it now?

Since there are so many astute players on the thread I would like to ask a couple of questions about illegal shortsellers.

1. If you illegally short a stock, you will receive capital from the sale, but if it is illegal where does the individual or MM record this asset in the year it was sold?

2. Is it recorded incognito, and more so is it reported to the IRS.

3. I think an illegal shortseller might have more problems with the IRS than the SEC?

4. How is illegal shortselling hidden in the books or do they just keep the capital for successfully screwing the shareholder and driving a company out of existence.

dj-just a change of pace
