I've been looking at the Website a little bit, and I think it looks good. My only caution is that it's only a skeletal version we're seeing now, and as with all software, you don't know how it's going to pan out when people actually start using it. There's countless stories of companies that put lots of money into something, and public opinion is turned because of obscure little interface issues no one could have foresaw. One thing great about a Website is that it becomes a public beta-site when people start to use it. A company can monitor where users are going and what paths they're following. IMO, the real test of a company like this is how it adapts the site as it goes into use. My guess is that's part of the reason Amazon is as highly valued as it is -- it's just so damn easy to use.
