Except for the one-time preferred dividend, this stock would have earned $.06/share, met the estimates of 1 analyst, and probably opened up at $14+.

Instead, it opens up at $5+.

Looks like a gift-horse to me.

7 $/share - 4 $cash/sh = quality Company
at 3 $/sh!!!
SYNT SGA = 14% revenue
CMND SGA = 27% revenue
and the report says CMND knows that there is
13% fat waiting to be shed... :-) :-) ;-)
