I don't understand your statement. How is it bullish when individual investors sell?
Also what evidence do you have that institutions start to take big positions when individuals leave?


I've read about what he was referring to in a few books. Seems as though the small investor has been notoriously wrong when it comes to timing the market tops and bottoms. When they start to sell, institutions start to buy. I haven't really noticed this occur with an increasing market. But I have noticed that the small investor real good at picking the 52 week low to sell at.

I think this more of a theory than anything else.

ASND had a big jump today on relatively low volume. Usually their big jump days are accompanied by strong volume. Are their any TA's out there who care to comment or is this just a meaningless observation?
