Craig, great job on the call. With all this bad news now out, it will be interesting to see what the short interest numbers are.

ps - Interesting answer on the Sun question, although I personally would not read too much into it.

Craig,

Thanks for the summary. I think Ken H. is building a no-nonsense approach and gain himself a straight shooter image. It is very important because that's what we have to go by, his words, his integrity and his ability to lead Ancor and 'US' to prosperity.<g>

Did you catch the answer to your question re: low end of the FC market? My recollection is no plans to do hubs..as far as new switches, their architecture is scaleable BOTH up and down. I assume this relates to the 4 ports per ASIC design, which implies a capability to do 4,8,16,32,64 port switches, etc...

Craig,

Thanks a lot for the summary. The class 1 information is no surprise, I could make the argument that it never had support. Lower latency is much more important at this stage of the game. They probably have a lot more information than we do on Silkworm sales, but it does appear that Brocade has hit a snag if the McData switch info is accurate and nobody else is talking about significant deals sealed at this time. I agree that Brocade has the Sun deal but this might be a mixed blessing. I am not sure about how many large systems are being sold by Sequent these days, but I don't think it can account for all of Brocade's switch sales. I am not even sure about the fraction.

Thanks again,

George

To All,

I forgot to mention one other positive thing from the conference call. They shipped about $1 million in April. That would give them a shot at a $2-3 million quarter, if they can keep up the pace.

Craig,

Thanks for your questions during the CC. I'm still fuzzy on two issues though and would like to hear what you thought they said regarding

a. Ancor and NTT working (or not working) together on product development

b. OEM test bed revenue recognition

Thanks,

Dean
