The information wasn't available in the preliminary prospectus itself but if Stockwatch is correct about there being 12.7M shares in total, the IPO would have put 26.4% in the public float.

The remaining shares are subject to holding periods - 180 days for management and 90 days for employees.

Update due to the official IPO document

I received a copy of the final document today - as indicated in previous posts, my information was based on the preliminary prospectus. The key difference between the two documents is the availability of actual share data in the IPO document.

Specifically, there was a share consolidation in February prior to the IPO which resulted in total shares being set at 9.4 million. Applying this to the earnings reported previously, the company reports EPS for the 12 months ending November 1997 as $0.13, and $0.09 for the quarter ending February 1998.
