Downgrades from Cowen and Volpe in case anyone is interested. Would be nice to get some clarification on what "issues" Volpe sees affecting earnings next Q.

Dear All: I would not expect any upgrades for awhile. I am sure there are a lot of really P---ed off people out there at the moment. Reminds me of a few years ago when GM missed their target as surprised the heck out of the analysts. They "punished" GM for several qtrs. Will probably do the same to CMND. What do we care if we bought it at CASH VALUE. Our gains will be SO HUGE down the road we can wait them out. JDN
