I have a NOVL market maker, options specialist question. NOVL has 23,499 May 10 contracts (open interest), or approximately 2.35 million shares (very large by NOVL normal standards). Would this have any affect on the current price of NOVL stock before these contracts expire on May 16th??? I would appreciate some comment and feedback on by the options and market maker people, as this could be keeping the lid on NOVL's share price now and for the next few weeks. Regards, QuadK ÿ

Gates to Sell a Million Shares of Microsoft By BLOOMBERG NEWS illiam H. Gates, chairman of Microsoft Corp., has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell a million shares of his software company's stock. The shares represent a small fraction -- about two-tenths of 1 percent -- of the approximately 538 million shares, or 22 percent of the company, which Gates owns. He sold four million shares in February. nytimes.com
