Well, I just finished listening. I was happy to hear the Bank Mergers Question, and happy to hear that Pete viewed these mergers as a positive, although I think he was careful to what he said about BoA. I thought Pat Burtons questions about IFS, and the ability of CheckFree to bypass the FED (elimination of fees) was great Although Pete Kight had to respond, 'No Comment'.

I also like the discussion on the billers, and the fact that Billers don't need anyone to create their bills on-line(they can do this themselves), they just need a large distribution network for presentment and payment. CheckFrees 350 Banks and 10 Million Quicken gives CheckFree a huge advantage over the competition.

'MSFDC' wasn't mentioned in name, and hardly mentioned. The one thing Pete did point out is that some analysts were counting their Pilots as being signed customers. Pete pointed out that this is incorrect, and that the analysts will have a hard time judging this emerging market.
